Attorney Rincon leads a team of attorneys in the United States and in Colombia with vast experience in handling complex legal matters. In 2022, 2023 and 2024, he was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Colombia for his work in U.S. immigration law.

Mr. Rincon's legal opinion is regularly sought by news outlets and other attorneys seeking guidance on various legal matters. His professional career began serving Latin-American clientele in the Washington, D.C. and Hartford, Connecticut metro areas in U.S. immigration matters, before working with the law firm of Andalman & Flynn, there assisting U.S. and foreign clients with state and federal legal matters.
A citizen of both the United States and Colombia, Mr. Rincon is an honors graduate of Wesleyan University and a two-time recipient of the prestigious NCAA Scholar All-American Award. During his free time, he coaches youth Olympic Greco-Roman wrestling teams, a sport in which he was a national champion.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University, where he was a James E. Beasley Scholarship recipient for academic excellence. He is licensed to practice law by the State of New York and by the Republic of Colombia.
