Attorney Marcela Perez has extensive experience in International Business as well as Colombian family law and civil law matters.  She has skillfully represented Colombian and international clients in the course of business transactions, cross-border and domestic business contract drafting and business negotiations.  

 

Dra. Perez serves as the Firm's Colombian legal counsel and is regularly sought out by clients for representation in business transactions, and also in a variety of legal matters including divorces, social security and pension claims, and inheritance and probate disputes.  Additionally Dra. Perez routinely guides corporate clients with regards to Colombian business and commercial law, with a focus on small and mid-sized business entities.  

 

Dra. Perez is a native of Bogota and is pursuing a specialization in Corporate and International Business Law at the Universidad Externado in Bogota, Colombia.
